सत्येन्द्र दुबे जी को विनम्र श्रद्धांजलि...

आज से ६ साल पहले आज के हिन् दिन सत्येन्द्र दुबे जी की निमर्म हत्या कर दी गयी थी . आज भी उनकी आत्मा न्याय के लिए तड़प रही होगी....क्या इस देश में ऐसे वीर सपूतों को न्याय मिलेगा कभी...या उनका बलिदान व्यर्थ हिन् जाएगा...और भविष्य में जो भी सत्य के पथ पर चलेगा उसे ऐसा धमकाया जाएगा की "देखें नहीं थे की सत्येन्द्र दुबे का क्या हाल हुआ था, तुम्हारा भी वही हश्र होगा " .
मैं जब भी इन विषयों के ऊपर सोचता हूँ तो अपने आप को बहुत निसहाय मह:सूस करता हूँ ...देश में न्याय प्रणाली के ऐसे हालत होने के बाद भी हमारे प्रधानमंत्री देश से हजारो मिल दूर बैठ कर देश के "जनतंत्र" पर गर्व फरमाते हैं ...
खैर छोडिये इन बातों को ...
अभी पिछले दिनों मैंने फिर से प्रयास किया था की सत्येन्द्र दुबे जी के केस में कुछ किया जाए . शैलेश गाँधी जी के article से प्रभावित होकर मैंने एक RTI PMO में डाला पर उसका कोई जवाब नहीं आया ..
कुछ व्यक्तिगत समस्याओं में उलझने के कारन फिर उसका अपील नहीं कर पाया . वैसे आप सभी को बता दूं की शैलेश गाँधी एक बड़े RTI एक्टिविस्ट थे, पर अब वो एक सरकारी मुलाजिम(मुख्य सूचना अधिकारी ) हो गए हैं ...और जब मैंने उनसे इस केस में मदद मांगी तो उन्होंने साफ़ मना कर दिया ...

आखिरी समाचार मीडिया में इस केस से जुडा २३ जून २००८ को आया था . इस केस से जुडा आरोपी फरार हो गया है ...ऐसे केस से जुड़े आरोपी को तो फरार करना हिन् पड़ता है, इसमें नया क्या है ...
मुझे पता नहीं उनके परिजन किस हालत में हैं, ...कभी इकषा है इस बारे में पता करून. देखिये कब हो पाता है ...

योगेन्द्र पाण्डेय जी के केस की जाँच सीबीआई के द्वारा वही ढाक के तीन पात साबित हुई . जब सीबीआई टीम का नेत्रित्व श्री S P सिंह जी कर रहे the, तो उन्हें कुछ हिन् दिनों में हटा दिया गया, क्योंकि उनके निशाने पर कुछ बड़े लोग थे ...और एक नए ऑफिसर को इस कार्य के लिए नियुक्त किया गया श्री एम पि नायर को . श्री नायर आज तक एक बार भी घटना स्थल का मुआयना करने नहीं गए और पिछले महीने सीबीआई ने सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौप दी और इसे आत्महत्या घोषित कर दिया ...

This is an URGENT APPEAL to join GOONJ in its campaign ‘RAHAT FLOODS’ to provide support to the victims of one of the worst floods in the last hundred years. The situation is grim and millions of people are affected by the devastation.

GOONJ has been working extensively in disaster relief for many years now. During the devastating Bihar floods last year, with large-scale civic participation, GOONJ channelised about 1500 tonnes of material. More recently, in Cyclone Aila in West Bengal, we were again actively involved in relief operations.

With a wide network of organizations and people present in most of the affected districts we are confident of reaching relief at the earliest possible. While the dispatch of material has already started the need based relief efforts will continue for the next few months.

As you are aware of recent floods in Andra pradesh,karnataka and border districts of Maharashtra. Doctors for you is sending team of Doctors and relief material to start Flood relief work there as soon as possible.

Requirements are

Medical and paramedical volunteers minimum for 1 week.

Logistical support-

1) Transport support to reach the material to effected areas

एक छोटा सा समाचार और भी इसके साथ आपलोगों को बताना चाहूँगा की बलजीत(हॉकी खिलाडी) अब भारत आ गए हैं और उनके आँखों में रौशनी वापस आ गयी है ....फिर भी अभी पूरी रौशनी आने में समय लगेगा ऐसा डॉक्टरों का कहना है . भगवान करे की उनकी आँखों की रौशनी पूरी वापस आ जाए और वो फिर से एक बार भारतीय टीम के लिए खेल पायें ....

डॉक्टर पाटिल को भावभिनी श्रद्धांजलि...

शायद हममें से बहुतों को ये याद भी अब नहीं होगा की हम किस चंद्रकांत पाटिल की बात कर रहे हैं ...

हाँ वाही डॉक्टर चंद्रकांत पाटिल जो पिछले वर्ष बिहार के बाढ़-पीडितों की सेवा के लिए निस्वार्थ भावः से इतनी दूर आये ...जबकि वहीँ पटना में रहने वाले कई डॉक्टर और स्टुडेंट जब जाने से आनाकानी कर रहे थे . पर भगवान को भी अच्छे लोगों की मौजूदगी पृथ्वी पर अच्छी नहीं लगती और डॉक्टर पाटिल को अकाल मृत्यु का शिकार बना लिए ....

कल १ वर्ष हो गया उन्हें मरे हुए...काल रात जब मैंने उनके पिताजी को फ़ोन किया तो बड़े दुखी थे...बोल रहे थे की " मैंने तो सोचा की तू भी भूल गया ..." उन्हें इस बात का थोडा दुःख था की उनके लड़के के मरने १ साल बाद हिन् लोग भूल गए ...

पता नहीं क्यों हमलोग इसके आदि हो चुके हैं की अच्छे लोगों के काम को जल्दी हिन् भूल जाते हैं ...
